The brother with the fallen angels is on the money. They are here for the last days conflict which I believe is already started.
Despite the the fact that aliens have base on on moon they will let us get helium 3 without any incident because it's have been agreed by government of the planet, again it's going to be classified for at list 150 years before official contact
