1. i was there once. those lights are on a very high hill . there is a park up there.. you get there by trolly car

2. All very interesting but those lights are from cars – there are 2 headlights and if you check it against the horizon and what appears to be street lights following up a ridge on the left side. Also could be a building with glass windows on the front and again – reflections caused by passing vehicles we can not see.

3. standing in a dark night on a mountain nearly covered by dark that its invisible with funny lights doesnt trick us believers, if this a lappened a mile above the mountain the it would be more real.
