I like his hair, it gives him that mad scientist/super genius look. But mostly I like his total enthusiasm. Even when I don't think he's right I still really admire his enthusiasm. It gives his shows something extra the other documentaries are usually missing.

I know he is intelligent, but if he would do something with his hair he would be more believable.
It sounds like more of the same. Just like he doesnt know what to do his hair, it still the same hair.
