Here’s a new video of a bright unidentified flying object hovering in the sky above Brazil. This was allegedly recorded on Wednesday, 17th December 2014.

Não me parece ser um ovni como os que tem sido vistos e filmados. Dá a impressão de ser algo macio, maleável e não muito distante. Mas nada contra. Quem sou eu para achar que um ovni deve ser duro e metálico ? Ou que o objeto filmado á macio e maleável ?

Looks like a balloon to me.
you say it’s hovering? so not moving at all? then it’s not plastic or a balloon. ive seen these translucent type ufos in vids before. I think it’s real. as long as it’s actually hovering.
What forms they come in matter not as much as welcoming them warmly .
