Disc-shaped UFO formation with multiple lights circling around one blue light in the center was recorded in Embu in Greater Săo Paulo, Brazil. This happened on Saturday night and Sunday morning (23rd an 24th July 2011).

I don't think this is any kite, much like the same way they try to dismiss sightings in the US as Chinese lanterns. <br />Actually, it looks as though this object could be a hologram. If not, this object seems to be changing shapes and generates its own energy. It could be that it's putting on a light show to impress viewers. Very good video.
Im not saying I think this a real UFO but Im not sure it if should be debunked so easily.<br />If this is a kite how is the innler globe and the outer ring connected? And to debunk fully can someone upload a photo of these kites?
AIDAN, brazilian television is making a tremendous effort to dismiss that thing as being a kite, such an attention given to an UFO never happened before.
