That video looks like to me that it has been taken at Pensacola Beach. It may actually not be in Gulf Breeze Florida itself; although, Gulf Breeze is just right down the road after you go over the inter-coastal waterway or toll booth. You have to go through Gulf Breeze to get to Pensacola Beach which is on the Gulf of Mexico side. The objects also seems to me to be right at the water line where
