Strange lights over Paraguay – 2003

Residents of the city of Luque – Central Department, Paraguay observed a strange luminous object late at night. As reported on TV news from 26th March 2003, this was a large scale object with a several lights whose colors changed constantly and impressed everyone. Raul Torres mentioned that object was moving slowly in the sky and then stood still, with lights that kept changing colors. He also said there was no stars in the sky.
