I see the same thing from Kitchener in ontario every night, but I think it's actually Sirius (it appears west in the lower sky).
around 6:00 am on oct 13 2010 in waterloo ont canada i had saw a triangl shped ufo it had shot out three balls of light the lights got so bright i cuuld not beleive my eyes i was wondering if any one had got it on tape it had lasted till 8:00 am thene it gust vanish fred b
Its a flash light attached to a balloon is pulsating because its spinning around and tethered to something on the ground. Durp
