The spotlights seem to be moving a LOT faster than usual. Are you sure no one has sped this up? I'm not so sure on this one.
what is that keeps waving across the picture? It looks like out-of-focus grass. Could not a better place be found, unobstructed? A possible explanation for these sightings could be a fire fly. The movements are similar to the way an insect flies(obviously at a fairly close range)
