I really wish this was a UFO, but as an avid photographer I was able to identify this "object" almost instantly as a speck of dust or some other foreign particle on the sensor or lens. While this photo was taken with a point and shoot camera (a FinePix E550 according to the EXIF data on the original file from MUFON) and sensor dust is more of a problem with DSLRs, the action of E550'
