We were in the swimming pool, I guess about 2-3 pm, we had no clock. We live out near Randolph Air Base. I went inside for something and heard my husband whistling like crazy for me. When I came back out he described this item just as you did. He had been cloud watching and looking NE. I am sad I missed it but wanted to double check online and found your video. Thanks!
