In all honesty it looks like nothing more that light reflected prismatically on a window or sky blue background. With a frame of reference, a sky line or some such, it's hard to believe this is anything else.
Nothing special, it looks more like a balloon<br />stratospheric.

I saw the object. It hovered in the sky for several minutes. At first I thought it was tower lights but there was no tower.
Hi<br /><br />Great footage. Picking up the comment on stratospheric balloons. I have just finished examining Australian UFO reports in the files of the Department of Defence.
