Looks like a tethered balloon.If not,did it float or fly away,or vanish?Why stop filming after 3:11?I think it is another hoax.Take a look at STS80 NASA video on YouTube if you want to see some really alarming UFO video.

The don't find this alarming because it looks like a joke. It has all the missing classics.... shaky camera... looks like it's floating, not flying... the video stops... etc...<br /><br />If he kept filming I would be interested to see what happened to the object.
