Here we have a round object which appears to "float" or drift through the sky. That could easily be a balloon of some kind. We don't see any movement that would indicate someone controlling object, just drifting thru sky.<br /><br />Determination: EXPLAINABLE
In my opinion what we can see is a metal globe of what is sold in stores .. moves because the cameraman moves the camera continuously.
