Sorry to disappoint but they're commercial aircraft in a pattern you can clearly see anti collision lights flash towards the end as it banks to the left...also most aircraft lights will seem to twinkle because of wind buffeting on the airframe...if it were an off world craft do you think they would have navigation lights installed?

For the behavior of these crafts they are ufos. Look the lights intensity, this´s not normal. There are several sightings videos not only in USA but all over the world and the behavior is very same.
