This looks similar to the HARP spiral video from a few months back? That was near Russia I believe?
This phenomenon is not mysterious. It occurs when rockets or missiles deploy or detach their multistage boosters in high atmosphere. The reason it appears blue is because that is the strongest light spectrum visible at that time and altitude - basically the same reason why the sky is blue. <br /><br />Although strange, this is not a UFO or a wormhole!
