This looks like a plane landing at Edinburgh Airport, which is about 29 Miles SE of Sterling.
Hey I'm new to the site, pretty sure I saw a UFO on Thursday night,10pm 5/5/11. I was driving from Dundee to Perth and saw 2 bright lights in the sky which I didn't think too much of, untill I looked up for a second time and the lights were alot further away but still together. I lost sight of the lights so started to slow down, then when I drove past a line of tree's beside the road
