THEY MOVEMENT AND STOPPING IS DUE TO ITS CHANGING AIR CURRENT PLACEMENT.. THE LARGE GLOW AT THE END IS THE CANDLE ILLUMINATING AS IT ALWAYS DOES JUST PRIOR TO BURNING OUT AND GIVING THE APPEARANCE OF DISAPPEARING...

Nope, I was wrong. This is an airplane landing at Chris Hadfield Airport in Sarnia.
My boyfriend and I saw this too! We were fishing on our boat, and saw it right near the grain elevators! It had a wierd flight path, definitely not a plane. Another appeared just for a second, and they both disappeared. I described it as a fireball, but tried not to think anything of it. My boyfriend was totally freaked and just posted this on my facebook wall so I had to comment!
