I believe those are called clouds.
i believe you need a glasses... from when does clouds flying around in the shapes of round orbs?
they seem to be quite willy-nilly, now don't they?
There is something crossing from right to left which is visible at around 00:12 sec into the clip. Look in the center right of the clip, also another 'orb', or object is visible to the left of the approaching object as it makes it's way across the sky. Could be aircraft lights in the cloud, maybe not? Whatever, it's unidentified and it's flying.
