This is an airplane not a UFO. <br /><br />Towards the end of the video you can clearly see a flashing navigation light. No surprise that the video ends shortly thereafter. Whoever filmed this must have realized this is a plane.
I am living in Nantes during my year abroad and my balcony looks out towards the city centre (I'm quite a distance but can see the main landmarks Tour de Bretagne and the Cathedral) as well as many building site cranes.
