They look like Chinese lanterns. The way they are flickering and the soft golden halo around the flame gives it away. UFO's glow brightly and sometimes pulsate. Especially when they are video taped up close.
fake look carefull and you can see someone moving arms around and you would be more excited if this was real

I live in ACME an hr south of you and I saw something just like these on new years eve 2011 around 7pm. They aren't Chinese lanterns, they were all over the place on the fourth over east bay and they are lame. There is something out there, I don't know what it is but its mysterious. I'm glad you filmed this and shared it.
