I see no reason for thinking it is a UFO. Looks like something conventional, like an aeroplane or helicopter, especially as it has a flashing light.

This "ufo" has the trajectory, speed, and blinking lights of an ordinary passenger jet airliner. Also, in what appears to be a reverse in direction is simply a slow turn in another direction.
