On September 24th, I was at Lake Powell, Utah camping and gazing into the sky around 10pm, when I saw a red glowing light in the sky to the north-northeast. I thought it was mars at first, but then it moved slightly upward and disappeared. That was strange, but then only a couple minutes later i saw 7 of the same lights which astonished me. It appeared that they were rising like balloons
