Looks Like a Lighted kite.
Me and my stepson saw one of these a couple of weeks ago. It was round and had red and white lights alternating and spinning around the bottom. It was really low, we only saw it because of a small break in the clouds. We were outside in the first place to look at one that was hovering in the distance, they came every night between 10 and 10.30 for a week.
This looks virtually identical to an object I saw over Adelaide, South Australia on Wednesday September 13 approx 20:00 local time. <br /><br />The blue and red colours are very similar to the other recent sightings over Guandong (August) and Shanghai (September)
Ok this is an older model, it looks like the same kind that crashed at Roswell. Good catch keep on looking and filming.
