I live in Tucson also and I ALWAYS am watching the skies and have yet to see all the UFO's that shiela claims she sees and tapes. Seriously, That obviously is a police chopper. You can see the tail lights on it towards the end of the video. I also would like to point out that there is a considerable airport near by and also Davis Monthan Air force base. We ALWAYS have air traffic over Tucson,
I´m not sure, i´m sorry but fot me this sighting belongs to an helicopter, this is not a flyng soucer. Regards.
