Theories on Statues within the Easter Island & Possible Influence of Aliens

Easter Island provides a unique and true experience to many seasoned travelers. The island is situated 1,260 miles in the center of the Pacific Ocean from the next closest inhabited island and 2,360 miles from South America, it is no question that it was kept unfounded for a long period of time. It is theorized by researchers that the first occupants were Polynesians who came about 400 A.D. and had no any contact with any other group of people. It was not until 1722 that Dutch admiral Jacob Roggeveen came and called the place for the day he anchored: Easter Sunday. During landing, he discovered the ancient island full of big human-faced shaped stone statues known as Moai. It looked to be no explanation for the presence of these statues, and by the time the renowned British Captain James Cook came in 1772, the big stone statues had all been tumbled. To this time, it stays a puzzle what occurred that caused them to drop, and why the island’s occupants all of a sudden ceased making them. One more puzzle is how the ancient individuals on such a barren area were able to make and, more notably, carry and maneuver their multi-ton masterpieces.
