Are the Chinese building landing strips for UFO's?

http://www.businessinsider.com/google-earth-finds-unidentified-structures-in-chinas-gobi-desert-2011-11
Ok the first thing I was going to say was "balloons" but after watching for a few moments I noticed they stayed, for the most part, at equal distances. Anyone that know anything about the wind at different altitudes will tell you that, you will never have a calm wind above 100ft, so for them to stay the same distance apart for any amount of time is unusual.
Those pesty damn chinese lanterns again ;-)
