That is definately a squirral helicopter from RAF Shawbury I was out that night and watched them numerous times. Classic mistake of misidentifying helicopter nav lights. The students at Shawbury are currently doing night flying nav exercises and there are chinook helicopters up there too doing the same. No UFO I'm afraid folks

If not helicopters, then Chinese lanterns, especially flickering out like that. IFO for me.
a year ago almost to the day i saw same sort of light moving just above hedge line in a rural area ..no car or helicopters..i live in south wales. carmarthenshire to be precise!
