There is a group of "stars" that move with the camera. A few times some of the "stars" are in front of the tree. It looks like the fake stars are in a constellation formation to make it appear more familiar & real. Obvious CG!

Sorry Folks, what your seeing are dead pixels, quite common even on new equipment.
At the very least get a new lens.
