When I see such objects my first impression is Drone. Only if they make super acceleration or manuver do I think other wordly. People would be surprised and likely p.o. if they knew just how under surveilence we are!

...saw the same thing early this morning, about 4:30am. I live n Kandos, NSW, Australia. Its appearance changed to be semi-circular every now and again. Seemed to have an orange or red light appear occasionally, though at irregular intervals. Through binoculars it looked sparkly. My partner says at one point it appeared to have a black seam through the middle.
The object the camera was focused on is not a blimp. The altitude the object appears to be at is too high for a lighter-than-air craft. The object at the end of the video WAS a blimp.
I think that the camera man stopped filming at the most critical part...when a red light appears followed by a white light...and strobe light...when he zooms out to get a pan view of the city... why stop here? Is it not a UFO and really HG1 blimp or man made craft? Not trying to anger anyone...just want genuine UFO footages..
