These can easily be "Flashy Blinky Lights" (available on the internet" attached to helium balloons in a delta formation using balsa wood and string. Very easy to fake.

i remember seeing this from west tulsa. it was in and exact triangle formation looking to the west you could see the three lights every night around the same time for a few wees or so. the lights sometimes looked different colors. red blue white or green and orange. it was strange my nephew seen it from his house on harvard as well. the also looked to be out of our atmosphere, not sure exactly but the formation was so great it had to be seen from all over oklahoma.
