Again, this is the same thing I saw over Nedrow, NY (just south of Syracuse) just after midnight on January 1st 2013.
Chinese lanterns.
It appears that we are starting to identify these various types of craft. Now we should record the cities,countries,and times that these various craft appear to get a better picture. Record it all on this wonderful site.
I saw nothing in that vid that pointed to anything other than Chinese lanterns... Same colour and slow lazy movement with some fickering before going out. Also heard some fireworks in the background which suggests some celebration going on in which lanters figure quite regularly.
