I beleive there are two spheres tethered together.
i couldn't get a good grasp on it. way too shaky at all times and zipping around too much. it was never still long enough.
First of all you have to focus it, then use something to brace the camera so it's steady. It's really not that difficult.

There's nothing more annoying than trying to keep your eyes on something moving all over the screen, especially when it's so out of focus. It's really not hard to first focus, then steady the camera, lean it against something if you can't hold it steady, use something to support it, this is a wasted video, sorry.
