There is no partnership between GEIPAN and MUFON. If any one said so at the conference, this is a confusion made between this person's activities and the one of GEIPAN.

The redaction of the comment is misleading. If you listen to the video, the GEIPAN consultant (?) does not mention any collaboration with MUFON. The MUFON representative says he is planning to collaborate on his side. So, the mention of some 'partnership' has absolutely no basis.
