Well if its CCTV Wy was the camera moving as if followed by hand ?
We were in poole at about 10.30pm that night,windy/ wet weather nobody around.would like to know what part of poole this was shot.

A Police helicopter would not be allowed to travel so low, and by the way it is far too small.
it floated over houses quite low no tail lights def not a cop helicopter floating orb of some sort .
