Looks like it might be a pyroclast to me.
either that or a puff of smoke.
these still shots prove absolutely nothing. how do we know that's a ufo? three shots of something white and round, suddenly appearing in the smoke, then nothing in the next shot. for all we know that can just be a piece of round smoke, and because the photos are stills, make it appear to be a solid object exiting a volcano! this is nothing! nothing!! it's a blurred optical illusion!
