  • High speed?
    Looks like a satellite to me, lit up by the sun below the horizon during early night or late night before dawn.
    I've seen many of this type of thing.. circle appearance is focal distortion.
    But that's just my opinion.

  • such vids aren't worth anything. you can't even tell if it's a light in the sky or anything else, reflection somewhere or who knows what. if you ever gonna film a ufo make sure there's something in the vid to compare, like buildings, the horizon, or even the moon. not only some light dots on the screen.. -.-
