umm...sorry mate, but i looked at it in a close up, and haven't a clue as what your talking about "Glued there...!!"
I've heard of Sky Hooks but not Sky Glue until now :-)
It looks a lost like one I saw in Fajardo, PR, back in 2008. The funny thing is that in the blink of an eye it hid in a small cloud beside it when I notice it. I always think it was looking at me.
