By using a night vision device you see some movements obviously moving far from you.
To take a closer look: In the first seconds you see some flying insects, and a bit later you saw another flying insects, with the difference that they are a bit farther from you.
To call them 'fast UFO' is just ridiculous.
There were just some insects flying around, some were close and some were not that close.
Their movements are typically for insects, you have not seen that?
