National Press Club, Rochester NY, CBC and CTV Toronto television news programs and at Convocation Hall University of Toronto. Victor is a co-host on the Richard Syrett Show on AM 740 Radio in Toronto.

Saw a triangle with red and green lights coming out of the south west sky of Ottawa. It was noiseless and moving at a normal velocity, I'm guessing about 1000 ft high. It wasn't moving quickly. Very, very odd.
