Their probably not hostile, but if we provoke them they probably can, as to protect themselves, the question is if you were provoked and you have no other choice you would defend youself to a point wright!
How fascinating, as had seen the very same thing here in the stars at Highury in north London UK. No other lights, bright white light, witnessed an object navigate then turn sharply, it never reached above my house. No one can dismiss as not being odd.
