I live in Livingston and I can tell you that this is not a UFO sighting, they are "flying lanterns", a thin paper ball with a flame encased inside to help elevate (kind of like a small scale air balloon) I in fact rember the night I myself saw this and I have been to the shop that sells them, and purchased and used them myself.<br />
