I saw the exact same thing in the sky that same day but over in Montreal, Canada. It was moving quite fast in a straight line. It would be impossible for it to be a balloon or something of the sort. Very strange... Ive never seen nothing like it.
i saw something very similar last week of Paris in France. It looked like a UFO... and i was not the only one who saw it!
