Dumb excuse, planes are planes. You couldnt mistake a UFO for a plane. If you see something and you question it, look for strobes, if it have a white or red strobe its a plane, if the whole thing strobes or not at all its a UFO. People arent looking at flight plans when they see a UFO so whether or not the plans are documented means nothing if it didnt look like a plane. Plus, hanging out in 1
