I am from NZ and saw this from Novasevir. At first I thought it was a bunch of hot air balloons but realised it was motionless and there was quite a strong wind. At one point the lights faded out completely but re-appeared after about 20seconds. I also counted four meteorites which came across the sky. The last one dipped and appeared to change course. I'm not a skeptic or a believer,
