Recent announcments RE: a UFO conference at the NPC, Washington, DC to address UFO incursions at nuclear weapons sites represent a pathetic joke on the public. The organizers of this sideshow, Robert Salas, author of "Faded Giant", and Robert Hastings, author of "UFOs and Nukes", claim to be witnesses to one of the top 10 UFO cases best supported by the evidence -- the Echo
