Well regarding that cigar shaped "UFO", couldn't it be simply a missil from a secret testing to land in a controlled area in one of the oceans in the planet?
I just saw this exact sort of object on the 25th of November. It is NOT 'saucer' shaped at all. But it is for certain big. The same time we saw it, a jet was coming the opposite direction and this object was close to 3 times the size of the jet and moving a little faster.
