Fast UFO was filmed over Dallas, Texas 22-May-2011

• I find this strangely familar only because during the daylight at approximately 5:30 (CT) here in North Dallas, I witnessed a UFO that was black in color and was changing shapes, moving from South to North. I tried to get a picture of it but it was too far for my camera to come into view. Both my husband and I witnessed it just before the storms hit. When I mentioned it to my husband, that I

• We see these same shapes at night during campfires all the time at Long Point on Lake Erie, sometimes they change direction in seconds.

• I'm a bit surprised that the person speaking is so sure this is not a satellite. I'm an amateur astronomer, and have seen many similar objects over the years. The reason I suspect it is a satellite (or more likely space debris) is because it is moving in a very regular trajectory, and brightening and dimming pretty regularly, too, indicative in many instances of a nose cone tumbling

• I have trouble believing any of these sightings filmed using night vision equipment. This light could be anything!

• Absolutely great shot of space-debris, the contrail of fire is visible. Not a space ship. Sorry.
