Object looks like tied balloons,but at 13:40 appears the cam locked onto many paired off objects that did not look like balloons.This part may have been light reflections?<br />Thanks for sharing.

Excellent footage. At the 13:50 mark we get a brief glimpse of what looks like a flotilla of these objects. Normally I would say these are balloons except that this sighting seems to last for a substantial duration.<br /><br />Very strange.
