I saw what appeared to be the exact same thing Tuesday Morning @ 430 AM over Las Vegas. My Droid X Cell phone would not record it in a way that you could see it as it was just breaking dawn. It travled from South-South-west toward the north by nothwest at a speed that I thought it was going to fall out of the sky. Looked like a blue and while strobing end of a Q-tip with teh edges all fuzzy
